Getting started
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every block is configured through a visual editor in your Shopify admin. No code, no developer, no waiting.
Which Shopify plans are supported?
Checkout Extensions works on all Shopify plans that support checkout extensibility — including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus.
How do I install the app?
Install from the Shopify App Store, then go to your checkout editor in Shopify admin and drag any block into your checkout. Changes go live instantly.
Blocks & features
How many blocks are included?
There are 20+ blocks available covering revenue, conversion, operations, and branding — all in one app.
Can I show blocks only to certain customers?
Yes. Most blocks support conditional display rules based on cart value, product tags, customer tags, shipping country, and more.
Do block responses save to my Shopify orders?
Yes. All data collected through Custom Fields, Gift Messages, Delivery Instructions, and similar blocks saves automatically as Shopify order attributes — visible in your admin and available in any workflow.
Which review platforms does Line Item Ratings support?
JudgeMe, Yotpo, and Okendo are supported out of the box. Ratings are pulled automatically — no manual setup needed.
Billing & plans
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes a core set of blocks with no time limit. Paid plans unlock advanced blocks, conditional logic, and priority support.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — all plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can cancel directly from your Shopify admin at any time.
Will I be charged if I exceed plan limits?
No. If you exceed usage limits you'll be notified and prompted to upgrade — nothing is charged automatically without your approval.
