Custom Messaging
StarterA full-width banner block inside checkout. Choose from five tones — including plain text — and optionally add a call-to-action link. Display conditions let you show or hide the message based on cart total, customer type, and more.
Settings reference

How it works
- Renders a full-width banner block inside checkout.
- Five tone options: Info (blue), Success (green), Warning (yellow), Critical (red), and Plain Text (unstyled).
- Supports an optional CTA link that opens in a new tab.
- Display conditions let you show or hide the message based on cart total, customer type, or other criteria.
- Great for communicating promotions, shipping cut-offs, or policy notices.
Translations
This block supports translations for every language published in your Shopify store. Open the block editor in the app, click Translations, select a language, and enter your translated text. The correct language is shown to customers automatically based on their storefront language.

Quick setup
- 1In the app, go to Custom Messaging → click New, write your message, choose a tone, add an optional CTA link, and set display conditions
- 2Copy the block key shown at the top of the editor
- 3Open Shopify Admin → Themes → Customize → switch preview to Checkout
- 4Click Add block → find "Custom Messaging" → paste the block key into the Block key field
- 5Click Save and preview your checkout
