FAQ Accordion
StarterRenders an accordion of questions and answers so customers can find what they need without leaving the page. Place the same FAQ on checkout, Thank you, and Order status pages by pasting its block key into each block.
Settings reference

How it works
- Renders an accordion: each question expands to show its answer when the customer taps it.
- Add up to 20 questions, reorder them, and use line breaks to split long answers into paragraphs.
- Optionally open the first question by default, or allow only one answer to be open at a time.
- On stores without Shopify Plus, the block works on the Thank You and Order Status pages.
Translations
This block supports translations for every language published in your Shopify store. Open the block editor in the app, click Translations, select a language, and enter your translated text. The correct language is shown to customers automatically based on their storefront language.

Quick setup
- 1In the app, go to FAQ Accordion → click Create FAQ and add your questions and answers
- 2Copy the block key shown in the editor
- 3Open Shopify Admin → Themes → Customize → switch preview to Checkout
- 4Click Add block → find "FAQ Accordion" → paste the block key into the Block key field
- 5Click Save and preview your checkout
