Billing FAQ
When am I charged?
A payment method is required to confirm the subscription, but you will not be charged until after the 14-day free trial ends. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription from Shopify Admin → Apps → Checkout Extensions → Billing. You won't be charged again after cancelling.
What happens to my data if I downgrade from Pro to Starter?
Downgrading from Pro to Starter will permanently delete your Surveys & Forms data. You will be shown a confirmation prompt before the downgrade is processed.
Is the trial available if I switch plans?
The 14-day trial is available for both plans. If you start on Starter and upgrade to Pro, a new trial period applies to the Pro plan.
Are there any usage limits?
No — both plans are unlimited in terms of orders, sessions, or checkout views. You pay a flat monthly fee.
