Delivery Instructions
StarterA checkbox reveals a text field where customers can enter delivery instructions (e.g. "Leave at front door"). The note is saved as an order attribute and appears in the Shopify admin.

How it works
- An opt-in checkbox reveals a text input when checked.
- Instructions are saved as an order attribute visible in Shopify admin.
- Checkbox label, field label, and placeholder are all configurable.
- Configure in the app, then paste the block key into the Checkout Editor block.
- Reduces delivery failures and support queries.
Translations
This block supports translations for every language published in your Shopify store. Open the block editor in the app, click Translations, select a language, and enter your translated text. The correct language is shown to customers automatically based on their storefront language.

Quick setup
- 1In the app, go to Delivery Instructions → click New and configure the checkbox label, text field label, and placeholder
- 2Copy the block key shown at the top of the editor
- 3Open Shopify Admin → Themes → Customize → switch preview to Checkout
- 4Click Add block → find "Delivery Instructions" → paste the block key into the Block key field
- 5Click Save and preview your checkout
